We work with extremely tight tolerances, and have high expectations for craftsmanship. With our roots in visual art, we have an exceptional eye for detail while also being able to have a vision for the whole.

Colby and Claire incorporated Stratified in 2020, with over a decade of industry experience. Together, they bring a design-driven perspective to construction, each holding master’s degrees in art and a shared sensitivity to how spaces should both feel and function. Their work reflects a balance of creativity and technical expertise, resulting in homes that are as beautiful as they are high-performing.
