In 2023 we were contracted to convert an existing 25’x25’ garage into an ADU. We were limited to using the 600 SF ground-floor footprint. We were able to design and execute a very effective 2-bedroom, one bath dwelling with full-size bathroom, laundry and kitchen facilities.

Our client maintains this as a long-term rental, and it produces excellent cashflow!
