We were contracted in 2024 by a very creative investor to remodel a severely neglected home and build two ADUs behind it in SE Portland’s Brooklyn neighborhood. The project started with thorough asbestos abatement in the existing dwelling while we built a temporary road to serve construction activities in the back. Despite the tight job site, we were able to produce the two new units and the remodel efficiently, and with a highly functional design.
